Once your refund is processed, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

• Shipping times provided on our website are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside of our control (such as carrier delays, customs, or peak seasons). Refunds will not be issued solely due to delayed delivery if the order is still in transit and within a reasonable timeframe.

Device compatibility (Flowgrip)
The Flowgrip fits phones up to 8.26 mm thick; thicker devices may not fit securely. Please measure your phone before purchasing—anything equal to or slimmer than an iPhone 16 Pro Max is within the safe range.

If the fit is tight, try removing your phone case and/or rotating the phone so the phone camera sits at the bottom‑right corner of the Flowgrip. Orders placed for devices outside these specifications may not qualify for a refund under our Money Back Guarantee.

Order Cancellation
You may also cancel your order any time before it has been shipped and receive a full refund.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen
If your product is damaged, lost, or stolen during or before shipping, we will send you a replacement free of charge.
